"チェックイン時に予約が入っていないと言われ、Hotels.com と確 認するも予約は存在しており、原因分からないまま1時間以上待たされ、とりあえず仮のチェックインをさせてくれるという話になるも、予約した部屋が無いという事でまた20分程待たされ、やっとアップグレードしてvillaタイプの部屋に案内されました。 まあ、以上の事は事故としてホテル側の好意でアップグレードしてくれたのでチャラとしましょう。 良い点 このエリアでは唯一の高級ホテルで、梅里雪山飛来寺観景台の隣でレストランや売店も近くに色々あり、飛来寺にも歩いて行けるなど立地も抜群。 お風呂のお湯の勢いと温度、シャワーの圧は十分、石鹸類にはLoccitaneを採用など、アメニティーも充実。 ..."

"Nice hotel, beautifully decoration in lobby and common areas. Rooms on the small side do Chinese standards, but good enough. Furniture for me was reaching its life limit for me, but comfortable indeed. Short on facilities (just one restaurant) and if you want to have a drink at the bar, the challenge is to find a waiter as they are the same attending the restaurant and they need to run for one end to the other. Waiters however, really nice and helpful"
